Advantages:

Заселение прошло хорошо, быстро. Расположение удобное, 7-10 минут пешком до ж/д вокзала. Улица тихая, несмотря на то, что шоссе и ж/д пути недалеко, в номере и на территории очень тихо, ничего не слышно. Во дворе растут банановые пальмы

Disadvantages:

Недостатков нет. Только немного влажность повышенная от высоких пальм, из за этого бельё около номера долго сохнет. Но его можно повесить на солнечную сторону, во дворе
