Дорога к морю ровная, удобно с чемоданами и коляской. До пляжа "Магадан" - 25-30 минут пешком. До моря ближе - 15 минут пешком. До магазинов (магнит, пятёрочка, Wibberies, Ozon) - 10 минут пешком. Лес, горы и конный клуб - в шаговой доступности. Во дворе: ухоженный участок, есть где посидеть, детям - побегать. Машиноместо под кровлей. Есть wi-fi.
