Advantages:

Был заселен не в тот номер, который бронировал. Но это не принципиально, все примерно одинаковые. У меня были удобстве не внутри, но дверь в дверь. Да, очень высоко подниматься пешком, но был готов к этому. С хозяйкой никаких проблем. Цена вблизи Сочи вне конкуренции, поэтому рекомендую однозначно.
