Наш гостевой дом предназначен, как для молодых пар, так и для отдыха с детьми. Мы хотим, чтобы каждый наш гость от проживания в гостевом домике "жемчужина у моря" получил только хорошие воспоминания и ещё хотелось приехать к нам на отдых. Отдыхающим на длительное время предоставляются хорошие скидки. В зимнее время домик отапливается. Имеется общая кухня и все необходимое, что должно быть на кухне.
На улице есть мангальная зона, и новый дополнительный санузел, в мангальной зоне есть вся необходимая посуда и техника, газовая варочная панель, мойка с горячей водой, холодильник микроволновка, чайник, казан на большую компанию где можно приготовить блюда на дровах.
