Advantages:

Заселили оперативно и по времени. Во дворе есть парковка на 3 машины. Смогли разместить во дворе авто. Есть посуда, своя мини кухня, входная группа, где стоит столик со стульями. Администратор Светлана отзывчивая.

Disadvantages:

Холодильник разместить как на фото не удается, так как до разметки не дотянуть. Пришлось переставлять холодильник. А места не очень много. Так что удобство уже нарушилось.
